RESERVATIONS POLICIES

We recommend whenever possible, making a reservation before your arrival to secure your room at the hotel. It is best to make the reservation as soon as possible, however two days before your arrival regularly is sufficient time to increase the chances of finding room availability successfully (resrevations might not be reflected in our hotel system up to two days after using this web portal).

 

 

 

In order to make an individual reservation, you have 3 options, you can choose between any of these:

 

I) Through the booking engine in this page.

 

II) Calling us directly.

 

III) Sending us an e-mail (this option is not recommended for last minute reservations).

 

 

 

We have a 6:00 p.m. (18:00 hrs.) hold policy on regular reservations.  This means we will hold your reservation until this time of your arrival date, after this time if the guest has not registered at the hotel his / her reserved room is released to the public.

 

 

 

If you wish for the hotel to retain your reservation after 6:00 p.m. of your arrival date, it will be necessary to guarantee your reservation.

 

 

 

Please follow these two steps to successfully complete your reservation process:

 

 

 

Step 1) CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION.

 

The first step is to contact us and get your confirmation number. This reservation confirmation number is the one that you will need to provide at the front desk when you arrive at the hotel. If you book through the booking engine of this page you will receive your booking confirmation number via email.  If you decide to contact us through a direct e-mail to make your reservation, we will send you an e-mail back with the reservation confirmation number.  If you call us to make you reservation we will provide you with this number for you to take note before ending the call.  Please make sure you always get a reservation confirmation number in any case.

 

 

 

Step 2) GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION.

 

Reservations must be guaranteed only if you plan to arrive after 18:00 hrs. (6:00 p.m. local time) to the hotel on the day of your arrival. All our reservations that are not prepaid or guaranteed with a credit card are held until this time if you do not guarantee your reservation before your arrival we will release your room to our walk in guests after this time. If you do guarantee your reservation you can arrive at any time without a problem, your room will be held all night. In order to guarantee your reservation you must pay in advance at least the equivalent of your first night’s stay or provide us with a credit card number.  You can do this at the end of your reservation process when making your reservation on this web page.  Your credit card will be charged to guarantee your room(s) on your arrival date, if there is a problem with your credit card and we can not charge it your reservation will not be guaranteed.

 

If you are in the country of Mexico you can also make a deposit to the bank account of the hotel, in this case the correct amount will be provided to you by the reservations agent helping you when making your reservation.

Once the deposit is made please send us a photographed or scanned a copy of the deposit slip along with your reservation number and guest name on the reservation by email, we will check your deposit with our bank records and confirm your reservation by getting back to you.

 

 

 

Guaranteed reservations are recommended when the guests plan to arrive after 18:00 hrs. (6:00 p.m.) or when you are not sure at what time you will arrive at the hotel.

 

 

 

Once you have completed these steps, you will have a reservation at the Marques De Cima Hotel.  We will be gladly waiting for you.

 

 

 

* Cancellation policy

 

If you wish to cancel a guaranteed reservation you must do this at least 1 day before your arrival date. Otherwise your deposit will not be refundable.

 

 

 

Note: If you plan to reserve for groups of more than 20 people, please contact us directly by email or phone. Please DO NOT use the reservation engine on this page, since the rates and policies of group reservations are different from individual reservations.
