Group Reservations
Group reservations are those made up of at least 20 people. The number of rooms used for accommodation is irrelevant, as long as the maximum number of people allowed in each room type is not surpassed.
Group reservations enjoy a * discount greater than the discounts we offer to guests for individual reservations. Group discounts are currently 30%, and when the reservation is guaranteed with payment for the first night in advance, the discount increases to 33%. (Subject to change without notice; please contact us for rates and discounts applicable to your group's travel dates.)
If several people plan to stay at our hotel from the same location, the same company/institution, or for the same event, it is advisable to get organize amongst them and make a group reservation so they can take advantage of the discounts offered.
Rooms for reservations that do not cover payment for at least the first night of your stay will be released to the general public from 6:00 pm (18:00 hrs.) on the arrival date, without liability for the hotel.

Group Cancellation Policy
Group cancellations can be made without penalty if cancelled at least one day before the group's arrival date. After this time, cancellations incur a penalty of the first night's rent for the reserved rooms.
