If you made a reservation directly with us and your payment was made via deposit or transfer to our account from any conventional Mexican bank (Banorte, Santander, etc.) or digital bank (PayPal, Mercado Pago, etc.), you can contact our management team at Hotel Marques De Cima to verify your payment.

If you made your reservation through a third party, such as through online travel agencies such as: Expedia, Booking, Despegar, Hoteles, Travelocity, etc., and you have questions regarding your payment or any details or changes to your reservation, you should contact the entity through which you made the purchase/reservation directly. We will not be able to assist you with details or changes to your reservation when made through a third party, even when being the end provider per agency rules. If this is your case, please first contact the entity through which you made the reservation.
