We recommend, whenever possible, making a reservation before your arrival to secure a hotel room. It's best to make your reservation as far in advance as possible; however, two days before your arrival is usually sufficient time.

Reservations not guaranteed with a payment method or credit card are held until 6:00 p.m. (18:00 hrs.) of the arrival date.  After this time, if the guest has not checked in at the hotel, their reserved room will be released to the general public.

To hold your reservation after 6:00 p.m. on your arrival date, you must guarantee your reservation.

Please follow these two steps to successfully make your reservation:

Step 1) CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION.

The first step is to contact us and obtain your confirmation number that we will provide. This reservation confirmation number is what you will present at the front desk upon arrival at the hotel to obtain your room. If you booked your room through our booking engine on this page, you will receive your reservation confirmation number via email.

Step 2) GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION.

You must guarantee your reservation only if you plan to arrive at the hotel after 6:00 PM (18:00 Hrs. local time) on your arrival day.  All reservations are honored until this time. If you do not guarantee your reservation after this time, we will release your room to the public. If you guarantee your reservation, you can arrive at any time without any problems, as your room will be held overnight for you. To guarantee your reservation, you must pay the equivalent of the first night of your stay or provide us with your credit card information at the end of the reservation process in our booking engine on this page. Your credit card will be charged on the same day and before your arrival. If for any reason your credit card cannot be processed, your reservation will NOT be guaranteed. It is recommended that you verify that your card does not have restrictions on remote or international charges.

 

You can also pay by making a deposit to the hotel's bank account or through the PayPal portal. For either of these options, please contact us by phone, or if you book more than four days in advance, you can email us. The information to make the payment for either of these two options and the amount will be provided to you by the reservation agent who assists you at the time of your reservation confirmation.

Once you've made your deposit, please email us a photo or scanned copy of the deposit slip along with your reservation number and name. We'll then check your deposit in our bank records and will confirm your reservation.

It is recommended to guarantee your reservation if you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m. or if you are unsure of your arrival time.

Once you've completed these steps, you'll have a secure reservation at the Hotel Marques De Cima. We'll be waiting for you.

* Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled at least one day before the guest's arrival date to receive a refund. If the cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the refund will not be issued.
